Personalised Black British armed forces dog tags with laser etched text.

36mm X 0.7mm surgical 316 stainless steel tags and MIL spec 304 grade stainless steel chains.

Stealthy black finish. Super hard wearing Black DLC coated tags and chains. 

Permanently and presciely high contrast white laser etched text makes them very easy to read from a distance.

While the tags issued to serving forces are silver coloured, these black tags are perfect for those looking for a lower profile.

We've heard many times of soldiers using 'gaffer' tape to prevent their shiny tags giving away their position in combat. These tags solve that problem with a black anti reflective coating. 

Other than the black finish these are totally authentic to the ones currently issued by the MOD and we've supplied many serving members of the UK armed forces.

Each set includes:

2 X Laser engraved tags

2 X Silicone silencers

1 X 69cm Black neck chain

1 X 11.5cm Black 'toe' chain 

To order the standard British military specification dog tags (in black with black silencers) simply fill in the text that you would like to appear on your tags using the text boxes above and click the 'add to cart' button. No other options need to be changed from the defaults.

'FONT' Dropdown

-Choose a different font for the text from a wide range of options see the pics for details of the fonts we support. The standard default option is 'Arial'. If you'd like a different font that we don't list, we can accomodate it as long as the .ttf file is available for it.

'SILENCER COLOUR' Dropdown 

-Choose from a range of silencer colours or choose none to go without.

 'CHAIN OPTIONS' Dropdown

Choose the type of chain you would like. All chain options include a 11.5cm short chain as well as the neck chain. We sent them without the chains assembled to avoid any damage in transit. The packaging includes instructions on how to assemble the chains when you get the tags. If you choose our gift case we fully assemble the tags. If you think you might have any problems assembling the chains pleasae let us know, we can do this for you.

-The default for this tag set is a Black DLC hard coated stainless steel chain. We take the standard chains and treat them to a plasma vapor deposition process that leaves a black Diamond Like Coating (hence DLC). This coating is extremely hard and resistant to wear and abrasion and should last a lifetime even when worn constantly.

We also the following options which are silver coloured:

-Stainless steel - These are the chains used in the regular mil spec British Forces tag set. We also offer a longer 110cm version of these tags if you want a longer chain.

-Sterling silver. These chains are identical in dimensions to the standard steel chains but are made from solid sterling silver. These chains are also availabnle in longer lengths so please message us if you would like a longer sterling silver chain.

 All our chains are high quality and made in the USA.

GIFT CASE

Choose our gift case using the drop down box. The case makes the tags a lot easier to wrap and present them really nicely. If you choose the gift case, the tags will be supplied fully assembled. If you don't choose the case the tags will be supplied with the silencers fitted (if chosen) and the chains seperated from the tags to prevent any damage in transit. The package includes asembly instructions however if you think you may struggle to assemble the tags, please email us at [email protected] and we will be happy to assemble the tags before we ship them. There is increased risk of the tags being marked by the chains in transit if we do so but we always try our best to avoid this.
