Delivery
Please note changes to the delivery of 2nd class items by Royal Mail to every other weekday.
We aim to dispatch all orders received before 12 noon GMT the same working day. We will do our best to dispatch any orders received after noon the same day where possible, but if you need your order urgently, please call us on 0800 133 7625. We will always do out best to get your order to you as quickly as possible.
Our delivery charge is a flat rate per shipment, and we offer the following options:
UK:
Royal Mail:
Un-tracked services:
-Royal Mail 2nd Class (3-4 working days) £1.99 (Not guaranteed, this can sometimes take a few extra days, delivery is made on alternate weekdays, Monday to Friday)
-Royal Mail 1st Class (1-3 working days) £2.99 (Aims for delivery next working day but not guaranteed)
Tracked services:
-Royal Mail Special Delivery (guaranteed next day by 1pm next working day*) £12.99
Delivery to residential addresses can also be made on Saturday and Sundays if you order before mid-day on a Friday. Otherwise Special Delivery is guaranteed to arrive the next working day before 1pm.
DHL:
-DHL Express (Next working day non guaranteed*) £12.99
*This service is better suited for delivery to business addresses but can also be chosen for residential addresses as well. Since it's the same price as Royal mail Special Delivery, we would recommend Special Delivery for residential addresses since it's guaranteed by 1pm next working day (Monday to Friday which the DHL service is not.
In addition, DHL collects from our premises any time from mid-day so if you need to order after that time, we have no way of shipping those orders until the following working day. If you need an order shipped urgently, it's always best to call us on 08001337625.
Same day Bike courier:
We often work with people who need a super quick turnaround. Whether it's for a film prop, last minute promotion or special gift we can get your order as quickly as possible using our same day motorcycle courier service.

We offer various delivery options depending on the destination country and only shipping options that relate to your destination will be offered at checkout.

-Royal Mail International Standard (up to 28 working days) £3.99 - £6.99 depending on destination country.
Tracked services:
-Royal Mail International Tracked (aim is 5-7 working days but it can be up to 28 days) £14.99
-Royal Mail International Signed (aim is 5-28 working days) £14.99
-Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed (Europe aim 2-5 working days, worldwide within aim 5-7 working days but it can be up to 28 days) £14.99
DHL:
-DHL Express (Next day to most European locations, 3-5 days for other countries) £19.99 - £39.99 depending on destination country.
AUSTRALIA AND ASIA PACIFIC REGION:

If you need any of our laser engraved, dot peen marked or diamond engraved products then please continue to use this site.

Gifts / Plain packaging:
If you're giving the tags as a gift, we understand that you might not want anything on the packaging that shows what it is. Our Royal Mail labels don't mention our name but they do have our logo and return address on them so if you would like the package to be totally plain, please email or call us.
