Personalised stainless steel British Armed Forces Medical alert tag with laser etched text.

Personalised exact replica of the British forces allergy MEDICAL TAG with laser etched text. These tags are issued to UK forces to indicate a specific medical condition such as 'NUT', 'BEE STING', 'PENICILLIN', 'DAIRY' etc.

Unlike the British circular tag which is only worn on tour, these are worn all the time. Made from 0.9mm thick high quality stainless steel, they are also extremely durable.

Use the personalisation boxes to fill in your details and our image gives you an indication to the standard layout used by the forces. The tags are usually one sided, but you have the option to use both sides if required. Our fibre laser etching process leaves a permanent high contrast mark with a finish to look like black printed text.

Alternatively you can choose to have text to the front of the tag and the iceQR code on the reverse which features a QR code that can be scanned with a smartphone allowing access to text or images.

This tag is supplied with a 69cm long, 304 grade stainless steel chain, as per the British Forces specification, but please see the dropdown to upgrade to XL chains, DLC chains, a split ring for use as a keyring or to have no chain,

The default font is Arial but there is a choice of different fonts if you'd prefer a slightly different look.
